My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and intentional HypnoBreathwork® sessions. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their goals, overcome self-limiting beliefs and visualize their dreams becoming their reality. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery and that you already hold the answers within. I am simply helping you uncover what you intuitively already know. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world. Welcome!

Hello and thank you for being here!
I am excited to share HypnoBreathwork® with you. This practice brings new life and energy into your body and it is a gift to which we all have access. Once you capture the power of your breath, you can bring this practice with you wherever you go and integrate the infinite wisdom and knowledge into your life at any time.
Being one of the first trained in HypnoBreathwork®, I knew that this effective tool was meant to be shared. My passion for spreading this enlightening tool is sparked from personal experience. During a very stressful time in my life, I searched for something to alleviate stress and provide clarity and decided to try breathwork. I found the experience absolutely transformative and something that needed to be shared. That was the spark that turned into a career.
My mission is to spread HypnoBreathwork®, especially to those that think it’s not for them or shun away from meditation or anything spiritual, because I think they will benefit the most.
A little about my background, I grew up in an Air Force family traveling around the globe. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. Before turning to breathwork, I had a successful career in medical sales for 13 years and 6 of those were in Manhattan. Having a thirst for knowledge, adventure and travel, I took off a year in 2014 to travel the world.
I am an avid runner and have run 8 marathons, including 4 in NYC and 1 in 2013 in Boston achieving my P.R. of 3:21. Currently, I reside in San Antonio, Texas where the sun shines most of the year!
